Gatehouse

The Gatehouse, located at the main entrance to Broken Top, is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may contact the Gatehouse with any security issues, general questions, or homeowner concerns. After 11:00 p.m. the staff may be on patrol but you may reach them on their "After Hours" cell phone number listed below (a call can be made from the gate keypad which is located right in front of the main gate - just simply follow the directions on the screen). Otherwise, during normal business hours, the Gatehouse staff may be reached at their main number.
Gatehouse staff members patrol the community on a continuous basis and work to enforce the Broken Top CC&R's.

If you are expecting guests, please alert the Gatehouse staff in advance as they can provide a map, directions, and assistance for your guest's entry into the community. Please note: If the Gatehouse staff is unable to obtain authorization from the homeowner to admit guests, the guests will be denied entry into the community until permission can be obtained.
